Highly recommend Active Back Care - Rod & team continue to help me with a persistent back problem. I now go monthly and am on a maintenance program - look forward to my visit. Anyone I meet who mentions having a bad back I recommend Active Back Care.

My physio was friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with my neck and how the treatment would help. Saw immediate improvement and after only a few appointments was well again and havent had issues since.

I have visited several different physios, osteopaths, remedial massgae etc. over the years to fix continuous back pain. None have been able to help me like active back care. The combination of chiros, physios and massage therapists working together provides a quality service that has given me freedom from pain after many years!

Six (6) years ago I sustained a back injury whilst on holiday and upon my return a friend recommended that I visit a chiropractor - Active Back Care in Castle Hill. I have been having problems with my should & neck area and lower back for quite a few years. I go to Active back care for regular maintenance treatment.
I can honestly say that I have not had a headache in years, that alone means so much to me and no pain in the lower back is just the bonus on top. I recommend maintenance care as it fixes the problem area before it cause the pain.

Everytime I visit Active Back Care I always walk away a happy customer. They provide excellent service, massage therapists, chiropractic adjustments and physiotherapy all on site. They will even fit you for a pillow, orthotics, and help put your shoes on.

Excellent clinic with both male and female chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists! I highly recommend Cherine and Vivien (the two female chirpractors). I am happy to see either when I go there. Also Nathan and Leah are the best for massage! I haven't tried everyone but I am sure they are all of the same standard :) Also very reasonably priced and I am able to claim on the spot from my health fund which is excellent. You are treated in a friendly professional manner at this clinic from the moment you are greeted by reception until you are done with your treatment.

I have been visiting Active Back Care since 2003 and have always found Rod and his staffs are professional, friendly & knowledgeable in all aspects of back pain management.  In the early years I had only ever gone when my back has been so painful I can no longer function but in sitting down with Rod to assess my needs he worked out a ‘back management plan' with scheduled visits that has left me pain free and able to get on with life knowing my back is in the right hands.  

I've suffered from neck, mid back and lower back pain for many years and nothing has helped except Active Back Care. They are friendly and caring and very skilled. They look after your well being providing Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists. During my pregnancy, where my back problems were intensified, I got through it with regular, gentle chiropractic adjustments and massage. At the time I had to travel over 50km to get there but would do it again in an instant. If you need care you can trust, Active Back Care and the people you're looking for.

Front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, therapists are amazing. Chiropractors and massage therapists are friendly, genuine and focused on their patients well being. Haven't needed the Physio service but would expect the same high standards.

After fracturing my back in a car accident back in 1990, I have suffered chronic back pain, and an ongoing search for relief from both doctors and alternative therapists had little effect. My partner recommended Active Back Care to me over 9 years ago and I have been a regular patient ever since. Rod & Cherine are the only chiropractors I would trust to manipulate my back and neck and I am very impressed with the results. Previous therapists virtually gave up in frustration, but they persevered and now regular visits are keeping me virtually pain-free. I would highly recommend giving Active Back Care a try, particularly if you are a little nervous around chiropractors.

I have been going to Active Back Care for 11+ years for a chronic back condition, and recurring headaches. I always come away feeling cared for, professionally treated and most importantly, well-"adjusted" and much improved! I usually go for both a remedial massage & chiropractic treatment and I have most recently been seeing the physiotherapist for a knee problem (middle age is a pain - literally!) for which treatment has been very successful. Reliable, considerate & efficient service from reception through to treatment. Terrific, friendly family run practice in comfortable atmosphere. Great co-ordinated care & communication between practitioners from all disciplines. I would (and have) recommend highly.

Active Back Care is a great clinic with excellent practitioners. Not only do they have several fantastic chiro's but they also have physios and massage therapists working there as well. It is rare to see chiros and physios working together but it really seems to work well. They all seem very experienced and very knowledgeable. For anyone that is concerned about harsh back "manipulation" i thoroughly recommend Rod as a chiro - he is really gentle and very caring and always seems happy to listen to what is comfortable for you. Even though I know that i should go more regularly, i only go when i get sore, and i like that he never really hassles me or tries to "hard sell" me on coming more often. I have also used most of their other services over the years to deal with a range of issues - from seeing Rod for chiro to having the ocassional massage for general stress as well as for the back pain issues. They also have a physio who seems to be a genius at fixing crook shoulders and knees! - if you are looking for a place that will take great care of you without rushing you through or being pushy, go to Active Back Care.

They provide the best chiropractic as well as massage as well as physiotherapy services all available in the one location (it is very rare here in australia). Uniqueness in business makes you stand out different from others. I am so delighted to use their service that I recommend their website to every person I meet now. Its that awesome. I have never ever seen this type of quality customer service anywhere. Best ever. When you come up with an out of the box idea, you're surely gonna rock and so they are making it to the top and I know that. Feels good to be part from now itself :)

My neck now feels great! I woke up with a stiff neck last week. I could hardly move my neck at all and was in a lot of pain. I knew a friend who had recently been to Active Back Care for some massage work and had been very happy with the results. I walked in with pain and walk out feeling 100% better after the first massage. After 2 treatments of massage I was back to normal. It is a very well run, professional clinic, and the location is excellent with heaps of parking (It is opposite a Church which also has a lot of parking) The staff are all very friendly and seem to "go the extra mile" to give you their best. I think that the clinic also has chiros and physios as well as massage therapists, but i only used the massage. My summary: professional, friendly people who obviously love their job. Highly recommended, I'll be back. Thanks for a great massage!
