Active Pilates

Highly recommended. I attended classes with Denita for 2 years. She is genuinely committed to helping her clients achieve their goals with just the right amount of motivation while still being understanding and careing. She really makes pilates fun.

For one on one attention with a bright & lovely lady who genuinely cares and is very knowledgeable, you can't go past this home based Pilates practice. Very reasonable in price and value. Highly recommended.
