Poor service
Did not fix the problem of rats in the roof. Put 3 poisons in the roof. When I called 1 month later to say there were still rats in the roof and requested someone to return (as is included in the payment for 2 more visits) I was told it would be two more months before anyone could return. Disappointed, I booked a time in 2 months but no one did arrive.
I would never use this company again- expensive, poor service that does not fix the problem, dishonest and do not care about returning.

POOR SERVICE Was quoted $330.00 for internal and external pest spraying for a double storey home. The pest inspector only sprayed the exterior of the lower level of my property and deemed that internal spraying was not required (AS ADVISED BY THE PEST CONTROLLER). The top floor of my house was not sprayed at all. A small amount of gel was applied behind the mirrors in my bathrooms for the problems with ants.
The quoted price was for internal and external spraying of 2 levels which did NOT occur. Nonetheless, this company insists that I am liable to pay the full $330 despite not carrying out the full treatment. They did offer to send a second person to spray the interior however, this seemed pointless given the first pest controller advised this was not required.
When I queried the cost with Adams Pest Control, they refused to reduce the cost according to the actual work performed. I felt that this was not fair given less work was involved. They also failed to advise me that the price was $330 regardless of less work being required. After I requested a reduction or a credit towards a future service this company would not reduce their price to reflect the actual work carried out. Why is it that when you require additional services, you are charged accordingly but when you receive less, the price does not reflect the actual service? $330.00 is excessive for a job which took less than 30 mins to complete.
In addition, this company refuses to stand by their warranty. The pest controller advised me that regardless of rainfall levels, the poison would still be effective however, this was contradicted by the office staff who advised that if there is a high level of rain, they will not honour their guarantee.

We called Adam Pest Control after doing a few research on the internet to spray our house and the service was really good. There has been no spiders since then. Hope it stays that way for some time.

We had a spider infestation, & called Adams Pest Control to spray our house. They did such a thorough job, spraying inside & out, & trying to cover all the cracks in the house for good measure. We noticed a huge difference in just a few days, & while we didn't see any spiders, we would wake up to find them on the windowsills & carpet, along with ants & blow flies! Sad but effective. After about a year, it started to wear off & after finding a red back on the toilet seat, we called them back again for round two.
