This company was able to help at short notice with a small local job and the owner of the business was helpful and friendly. I was able borrow a trailer free of charge, an extra service for customers. The hourly rate was comparable to other local companies. The men and truck arrived on time but we were not impressed by the men. One man constantly made disparaging remarks to his co-worker and the other man commented unfavourably about some of our possessions. They seemed to take their time and were either unable to efficiently move items or stalling to make the job take longer. When we looked at the paperwork later, we realised that liability for damage to the premises or belongings during transport was limited to $20! Insurance was included for damage during loading or unloading but any damage to items during transit for items was not included. I'm glad no damage occurred!
At the end of the day, the job was completed without incident but we wouldn't use this company again or recommend it. They simply weren't professional or a pleasure to invite into our home.
