I visit Dr Koh here probably twice a year and each time I go I get exceptional service. It's quick and to the point, but in a very friendly manner. She's an exceptional specialist and doesn't prescribe anything dodgy or take up your time with useless treatments. There have been instances where I've needed a new script, but I can just call up and she'll complete one and mail out to me. No need to book an appointment to see her. She's also the kind that will happily accept indefinite referrals if you have an ongoing ailment. You won't need to see a doctor once a year to get a new referral. Such a time and money saver. Does bulk bill me on occasion when I ask... but she usually needs a very good reason for it.
