Adore Beauty is my go to place for makeup and beauty products. I have ordered from them a few times and they ship same day (before 1pm) or next day. It is also free shipping with any purchase and super fast. Their range of products is also awesome. I try and only shop with them. I just received $15 off my Napoleon Perdis makeup i bought again from them which was a promotion deal. Free samples also and Tim Tam with every purchase which I love. Highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this site highly enough! It is the only site I will buy any of my skin care, make up or hair products from. The customer service is brilliant! Any enquiries are dealt with straight away. I have received loyalty vouchers (out of the blue) on a number of occasions. I had an issue with one of my deliveries which was dealt with straight away and without any fuss. The products are really well priced and often cheaper than I've found them on any other sites / stores. All products are genuine. If there is a specific item that you want and they don't stock it, simply contact customer service and they will be able to source it for you.

Sad to say that I found Adore Beauty's customer service to be dismally lacking. I wasn't able to have faulty goods replaced and they were quite dismissive of my complaint. I have reverted to buying in retail stores as they are far more accommodating and try harder to retain customers.

Adore Beauty is a Godsend. They've got a huge range of products and their prices are very fair. I alternate between Adore Beauty and Mecca Cosmetica for all of my beauty/cosmetic needs as they both stock international / hard to find brands. Adore Beauty's online customer service team are one of the best I have experienced. Their shipping is also super fast.

I knew about Adore Beauty through their online website but just recently found out they had an actual store! I really like their brightening skin treatment as I have pigmentation on my skin due to acne scars. The staff are very friendly and treated me with respect, even though I was quite embarrassed of my horrible skin! I'm looking forward to booking one of their massages soon and the prices are very decent for a small business.
