Bought an Adrenaline gift card through woolworths months back (December 2017), along with some for family from a previous woolworths promotion. Now, months later, I attempt to book an activity and find out the card has not been activated. I went back to woolworths (sadly without receipt) and there is nothing they can do. Called Adrenaline for a third time, and sadly nothing they could do. I'm at fault for not keeping the receipt, but too are they for not giving me the redeemable credit I paid for. I asked if they could track the card so I could at least prove it wasn't stolen, but neither that was possible. Now I sit here with a useless $100 card, and two family members I must now call to see if their cards are of value either! I'm so embarrassed, and pissed. Can't believe the loss of money I now get to experience due to problems in processing and activating the cards. From their point of view, I'm a silly purchaser not keeping receipts. From my point t of view, these voucher cards are a scam to exchange money for empty cards.
TL;DR: keep your receipts (both big and the small one that comes after) or just do not skydive via adrenaline vouchers, book direct and ask discount that way. Thanks for hearing my rant.

I bought a skydivning voucher for me a friend. The price at Adrenalin.com was the best price I had found online. We were both quite nervous but by the end of the day it was a great experience.

Online, I bought an indoor skydiving voucher for each of my two adult sons as Christmas presents. I was happy with the online experience, the price and the prompt arrival of the vouchers by post, which were personalised with the name of the intended recipient and a little message I had added ... however I was very disappointed to receive the two vouchers both inside only one presentation box. I expected to receive a presentation box for each voucher. It was a lovely presentation box, and would have added to the anticipation and WOW factor on handing over the present to each of them. Shortly after receiving the vouchers in the post, Adrenalin requested feedback from me as a customer. I commented on my disappointment at receiving only one presentation box when the gifts were obviously going to two different people ... but I received no acknowledgement or response from the company.

I booked the stunt driving voucher for my dads fathers day present. There was 7 of us in total who came along to see dad the more the better as they told us to bring along some spectators. We were very impressed and satisfied with the excellent and very friendly customer service. My dad had the best fun being able to be in control behind the wheel doing 180 degree handbrake turns, j turns to 180 reverse spin at high speed, parallel parking flicking the car in between two parked cars. But wait that's not all he got to go one step further with the experience of getting on two wheels with a professional instructor then we all got a surprise when we were asked if we would like a turn a great end to a fantastic fun filled 2 hrs. Dad even got a surprise rally drive lap. I would highly recommend the Stunt Driving if you find yourself browsing through the adrenalin website www.adrenalin.com.au.
