Bought an Adrenaline gift card through woolworths months back (December 2017), along with some for family from a previous woolworths promotion. Now, months later, I attempt to book an activity and find out the card has not been activated. I went back to woolworths (sadly without receipt) and there is nothing they can do. Called Adrenaline for a third time, and sadly nothing they could do. I'm at fault for not keeping the receipt, but too are they for not giving me the redeemable credit I paid for. I asked if they could track the card so I could at least prove it wasn't stolen, but neither that was possible. Now I sit here with a useless $100 card, and two family members I must now call to see if their cards are of value either! I'm so embarrassed, and pissed. Can't believe the loss of money I now get to experience due to problems in processing and activating the cards. From their point of view, I'm a silly purchaser not keeping receipts. From my point t of view, these voucher cards are a scam to exchange money for empty cards.
TL;DR: keep your receipts (both big and the small one that comes after) or just do not skydive via adrenaline vouchers, book direct and ask discount that way. Thanks for hearing my rant.
