Mediocre all-round - from the service staff and repairs to the point-of-sale sales reps who overtly push for sales without the slightest concern about you.

Absolutely terrible customer service and service quality. Our brand new car had broken down for the 2nd time (after they had 'fixed' it), heavily pregnant and with a toddler they couldnt book the car in to be fixed for 4 weeks. When we complained they took it in straight away and 'said' they fixed it again. 3 weeks later and on a weekend we are stranded again with a broken down car. A $50,000 piece of crap! And a service centre who lies to their customers about fixing things. Beware of them, especially if you are a female.
