The staff at the Richmond store are superstars. Their knowledge, friendliness and efficiency was amazing. Prices and range were great, the set up of the displays was easy to walk around. I really hope that the owners of this business see my review. I was served by Tanya today and she bent over backwards to help me especially since I had done a complete 180 on my original choice of tile. She made me feel like my business was important and she wanted to ensure I walked out with the perfect tile choice for my house. She didn't try to sway me to one particular brand or style and she listened to what I was wanting. Thank you Tanya and also the other super friendly staff at Life's Tiles. I will be back for sure when I next need supplies and I will refer everyone I know to you.

Awful! Staff are rude, restaurant was dirty and food very ordinary. I was sick within 8 hours of eating it. I hope they are under new management when they re-opened.

I would never go to this restaurant. The manager was rude and the staff obviously don't like working there either. Over priced and food is pretty ordinary. Restaurant claims to be 4 and a half star but looks like someone's old dining room.

Absolutely terrible customer service and service quality. Our brand new car had broken down for the 2nd time (after they had 'fixed' it), heavily pregnant and with a toddler they couldnt book the car in to be fixed for 4 weeks. When we complained they took it in straight away and 'said' they fixed it again. 3 weeks later and on a weekend we are stranded again with a broken down car. A $50,000 piece of crap! And a service centre who lies to their customers about fixing things. Beware of them, especially if you are a female.

The service I have received here is excellent. The staff have gone out of their way to help us out on quite a few occassions whether that be ordering something in, holding it in stock for us until we can get down there or carrying heavy items out to the car when I am very pregnant.

We went to a wedding held at Waverley Estate and it was fantastic. The accommodation is all great, they have done some fantastic renovations to an old house and stables. Is a fantastic place to spend the weekend with all of your friends etc. A gorgeous location for a wedding.

This is a fantastic little play cafe hidden in the Southern suburbs. Cleanliness and upkeep of the play equipment is top quality and the staff there are really friendly and helpful. Cafe food prices are excellent and a lot cheaper than regular cafes.

Drive through Chinese Food!! YAY. Meals are good (better than regular fast food takeaway) but not the same quality as their famous restaurant in Old Reynella.

Excellent food, takeaway is the best in the Southern suburbs and it is always packed in the waiting room. Good sign of a great restaurant! We drive 15 minutes to get there because there is nothing better local to us

This centre was recommended to us by child and youth health as one of the best in the Southern Area and they were right! my child loves it there. The staff are brilliant and very approachable and always hands on. I have never once seen any of them stand around talking to each other, they are always with the kids. Food, care and appearance of centre are all excellent.
