I used to go to this Gym and loved it until I wanted to cancel my membership due to moving to Geelong. I rang and asked for it to be cancelled and the transaction didn't happen until 2 weeks later, and I was charged for those 2 weeks even though I hadn't been attending the Gym as I thought I was no longer a member. It's unfortunate because before that I had only had good experiences and my sister and friends are members.

I love this fitness studio, friendly staff, excellent customer service, awesome trainers... If you want to be motivated this is the place, the trainers really care that you succeed towards your goal.
