I ordered 2 bar stools and didn't expect to see them for a couple of weeks and there they were within 3 days. I am only 24 and a design fanatic but not rolling in cash, Milan Direct make it possible for me have this stuff. Absolutely love it and don't want to tell too many people about it!

Great store to browse in, I am often laughing to myself at some of the random gifts. The staff don't hound you either which I like. Stock changes often, so I come in regularly especially when I'm stuck for a present idea!

I like the site but it is taking a long time for me to earn any rewards without spending my own money. I only log on daily while I am at work, it takes 5 mins to get daily points. However if you don't log on regularly it would take ages to get a reward. I probably wouldn't do this at home, by the time I fire up internet and pay fees for that etc and earn 3,300pts to get a $30 cheque, I have probably spent more in electricity bills & time etc. I will persevere though!

Everytime I have my nails painted here hey don't chip for up to 2 weeks which is really good for me as I am not careful with my nails. Very reasonable file & paint for about 12 or 15 bucks, and the ladies are fast and very friendly. They make sure you can put your jacket on and pick up your bag when you are done without smudging the paint.

I used to go to this Gym and loved it until I wanted to cancel my membership due to moving to Geelong. I rang and asked for it to be cancelled and the transaction didn't happen until 2 weeks later, and I was charged for those 2 weeks even though I hadn't been attending the Gym as I thought I was no longer a member. It's unfortunate because before that I had only had good experiences and my sister and friends are members.

Staff here are so helpful and will try to find you help across departments. I can never find first off what I'm looking for and most staff can fire off the aisle number straight away when asked. I often ask the wrong person and they always take the time to find someone with the knowledge for me.

I work at the Mercure Hotel in Geelong & we use Lorraine's service to dress wedding sets. They always look great and really finish a banquet set. The centrepieces are always high quality.

I have gotten my 2 puppies from here, both un-planned! I felt like I was being interviewed when purchasing Gem, my now 4 yr old springer spaniel, which I thought was great as it showed the store cared about the homes their animals were going to.

Big store packed full of products, sometimes a little too packed you have to squeeze past other shoppers to look at racks. Still has the staples if you live near the beach, however I think surf shops are being left behind by other fashion stores at the moment. Time for an update?

These guys are pretty new and still setting up, but it's a great little spot. Fresh baked muffins and really good coffee, open kitchen so you can see the chefs. Hope they are successful!
