Have been seeing Kelly at AF Health to help get to the bottom of some of my son's health issues that just wouldn't go away. I like that there is a lot more time given to each patient looking into what is causing the symptoms and start fixing it from within rather then a 5 minute consult to sell you some cream that will just cover up the problem for a month or two before it returns. We have been very happy with the service at AF Health each time we go there or call and the treatment plan options once the course is identified.

I was looking for a practitioner that focuses on the body being able to heal itself through good sleep, nutrition and exercise. Someone who could ensure that I was going in the right direction after drastically reducing the amount of sugar and processed foods I was consuming, a decision that I found had changed my body profoundly for the better.

I found this at AF health, the professionalism and amount of knowledge including their follow up support has been fantastic. I’m looking forward to a future where I look and feel better than I did in my youth and ageing in happiness and amazing health and knowing I have support in my new found understanding of my body through Alex and his team. I've been trying for years to get my health and diet right. Menopause causing thyroid issues and weight gain. One morning I googled nutrition and AF Health came up. I booked in with Kelly from other positive reviews .

I have now seen Kelly twice & I have been so impressed with my visits. I saw Alex a number of years ago and so I felt like I could trust coming back again. Kelly was super professional and kind, and I felt like I was in really good hands. She holds a lot of knowledge and I felt like she explained everything so well. She’s currently got me on an eating & supplement plan, and I’m already feeling positive results 3 weeks in!

I have problems sleeping for many months now and have been back and forth to see my local GP and Sleep Doctor at Flinders Hospital etc, but no one seemed to have solved my sleep problems. I sometimes go for 3 days without sleep. I have tried different solutions to solve my sleep problem such as meditation, digital detox etc, but nothing worked.
