Affordable living homes along with their shonky companies that they hire and not to mention the 100+ other businesses they have under them that disappear " retire " when problems arise. I have a home less than 5 years old and have had

Osplumb original plumbers apparently retired and now it's taken over by
Delstratplumbing they claim to know the owners but retired and no one is taking responsibility for the thousands of dollars I'm out of pocket for repairs to faulty pvs iplex plastic plumbing pipe work done on my home. I've had 6 burst pipes In 12 months and whilst affordable living homes tells you go to plumber and they don't exist and they are using another business name delstrat I've been around in circles and nobody wants to claim liability for the shonky home that they built. It's a ticking time bomb and no one is liable for repairs or damages. all connected upon investigation and conveniently all original builders and plumber have disappeared. Affordable living homes are a sham. I've been back and fourth for months and absolutely disgusted with the utter garbage they all tell you.

They cut so many corners when building my home that I am still paying for tradies to finish the job. Handymen, plumbers and electricians, still need the ducting done as the company didn’t even put that it.

All stages happened fairly smoothly, some ups and downs but overall a really good experience

Built with these guys in Treeby, customer service was great at the start then non existent, build quality was and is terrible house was not fully complete (not finished off like you would expect) house final clean wasn’t done at all, plastering has been redone in multiple places due to cracking and poor workmanship.
The list goes on, would not recommend these guys at all.

Generally a good experience , just need to check and double check everything , so you don’t miss anything as at times things happen very fast .

Really greatful to have gone through affordable living, great service and all friendly, they helped us step by step to make our dream come true.
