I had Andrew come out to my property and he provided great service, he removed an old dish washer and brought in a new one. He was tidy & friendly and got the job done quickly. Super happy & would use again.

Had them come and fix a broken toilet, also required a hole punched through the wall and drainage pipe through which we asked for a quote at the time, the plumber stated he doesn't do quotes and would talk to the management team and get back in contact. Attempt to call numerous times and they just hang up.
Terrible service, terrible customer relations, would not recommend.

I am renting and had blocked pipe, great service and great attitude. Would recomend them in a heartbeat, thank you:)

Very rude arrogant know it all man. Came out to my rental and stated he knew before coming nothing could be done. Also one hour late then the two hour time frame

Plumber was meant to come today between 8-10am...still waiting...it’s 1pm. Waste of my morning, understanding that people have things to do would have been a nice consideration. I’ve changed my whole day around this appointment, no my whole day is thrown out. Poor customer service. No phone call or communication.

These guys are useless. They don't take customer problems seriously. Their communication is so bad, when I call they say they booked for next week and a week later they say there is no booking. Also they never respond to emails. Useless.
I don't recommend them to anyone.

Anthony and his apprentice Anthony are great plumbers. On call and if its an emergency repair they will come that day. I needd a new hot water service. It was ordered, delivered and installed the same day and even got rid of my old one for me.
