Without fail I walk out with a croissant, or two, from Agathee Patisserie when I am at South Melbourne market. The queue can be rather long at times but please don’t be deterred, it moves quickly. It is always a joy to see them make their flaky, buttery croissants while snaking through the line deliberating what to choose. Always a delicious treat - thank you!

Agathe Patisserie is my favourite place in Melbourne to buy the best croissants and the most amazing croque monsieur. Every time I come to Melbourne, I have to make a visit. Agathe Patisserie also sells a wide variety of amazing looking cakes, but I have not tried them yet because I am normally visiting in the morning. You can watch them make the cakes etc and you can see how much they love their work. I suggest getting there early before they run out.
