Technician called 10 minutes before arriving and we very pleasant and was pleased with the preparation work I had done. Asked lots of questions about what had happened and explained what he was going to do. Happy for me to go back and work and called out very politely when needing me for any queries he had.
Explained and showed me the work he had completed and tested the door a number of times to make sure I was happy. Left no mess. He also clearly explained the new billing process and said to check the spam if the receipt did not come through. Fantastic, same day service from a very polite technician. Initial phone call was very professional and appointment made for following day for technician to visit. Photos of door requested by SMS. Technician phoned half hour prior to arriving and he was very good at explaining problem and solution. Very satisfied with whole experience. Recommended AGG to my son who then had his garage door motorised the following day by them. The motor was replaced on our door and we are very happy with replacement.
