From the time my call to AGG was placed it was a professional service. An email, reminders and pre-arrival call where all there so as to ensure there was a smooth line to fixing our issue. The technicians arrived within the time line allocated. Fixed the problem in no time. Initial contact was prompt and professional, with a booking scheduled for the next business morning (8 -10a.m Monday. The technician arrived as scheduled after he had placed a friendly courtesy call to advise he was about 15 minutes away. He was able to very quickly identify the issue with our roller door, and set about just as quickly correcting the problem. We were also provided with some simple tips and advice re: maintenance. After a couple of technical issues with eftpos beyond his control, a call was placed to the office to arrange payment (as quoted) over the phone. A receipt was provided by email shortly after the technician left for his next job. The initial contact with AGG Doors was pleasant, helpful and assuring.... An appointment was made within an exceptional timeframe with Nick attending my property to look at my problem.... Within minutes he recognised two issues I had with my garage door not functioning properly..... He showed me the issue with the cabling which was in very poor condition..... Within 40 minutes he had the two problems fixed and took the time to explain the care required to maintain a good working order garage door..... Nick is pleasant, knowledgeable and certainly a great asset to the company - Thank you AGG Doors for a great all round service .....

Matt the technician was so prompt and called saying he was 15 minutes away, arrived and we gave each other a heel clap and an elbow to elbow greeting instead of a handshake, was friendly and gave good advice and showed interest in his work! Highly recommended, I had a problem with my garage door opening and Arthur took the time to help me fix it over the phone. Had an emergency break down on roller door at holiday house, at a time I could not attend, but my young son was there, so I called your office and they provided a quote , arranged time to attend ( arrived as advised ) and fixed the
