I almost never write reviews but your charitable donation inclines me to make an exception. I also believe that reviews that are in someway rewarded should be treated with caution. However I truly am very happy with the service I have received from AGG all 3 times I have engaged them, The latest was no exception. The technician was, friendly, more than competent and extremely helpful, not only fixing the problem but checking other aspects and even lubricating the roller door. There was no additional charge, unlike many businesses. In fact I feel that I was given a service in excess of that contracted for. On the basis of this visit and the 2 previous visits (years apart) I can truly say that I trust them, would contact them in future and feel comfortable recommending them to others.

Great service. From the first phone call to the job completed. Arthur was very helpful on the phone and followed up with me quickly for a quote after reviewing some photos I sent for the job. The longest wait was the order of parts from factory. But once it was delivered, they get the job done within the same week. The job was completed quickly without any mess left. Overall, very impressed with service and highly recommended.

The service technician, Jason was very helpful, and repaired our garage door timely and professionally.

My contact with AGG doors was very efficient from start to end to fix a fallen Garage door. The administration person was very friendly and arranged the technician to visit my house within a short period, confirmed the timeframe before the visit also. On the day, the technician called me 20 minutes prior to arriving to say he was on his way. Job was
done quickly and the garage door is up and working again. Very good service experience.

I knew that we had made the right choice with AGG Doors from the first phone call. Very helpful with advice regarding our damaged roll-a-door with honest feedback about whether we could repair or replace the door. The quote visit was quick, easy and on time with some excellent advice. Our roller door was replaced efficiently by the technicians and the work area left clean and tidy. Two days later Chris arrived to install the emergency key release mechanism. Once again, a great job. Each time I was advised about the arrival time. The door is working well and the mechanism will be a useful addition.

Fantastic job (installation of new garage door) done at my son’s house in Ivanhoe East. Everything went efficiently and smoothly and on time. Personnel very courteous and helpful, especially Rom and Paul and the receptionist. I have certainly been impressed with the level of service I have received. I chose AGG because of their charitable work and excellent reviews. I will highly recommend AGG to others and will use them again to install a door for my own home in Wheelers Hill.
