This small business gives 5 star service. Prices are reasonable (with rewards for returning customers!) and the quality of the cleans exceeded my expectations. Both administration and cleaning staff are professional, friendly, knowledgable and responsive. Can't recommend highly enough for quality and value!

Worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. Usually I only go out of my way to write a review when I have received really outstanding service. But Aim Home Services were so bad and such a rip off I felt it needed to be said.

Booked a "bond clean'

Original appointment was Monday 6th they didn't show up. Rebooked Saturday 11th for 7am they came 4 hours late at 11am.

Was unable to check the place until 9pm Sunday night and was disgusted with results. floor was still very unclean, skirting boards had not been done, air conditioning vents very dirty with cobwebs, light fittings unclean with cobwebs, soap dish in bathroom still had soap scum, laundry floor where washing machine was still grimy, cupboard alcove that held clothes dryer covered in dust, and the list goes on. I Wouldn't have minded if it was a few small things they had missed but this was totally unacceptable for the price I paid.
I had a viewing of the house the next day so had no time to trust them to return and rectify the problems so took leave without pay from my job and did it myself. As i have been informed there will be no refund I am taking the matter up with consumer protection.
The Reason I was given for not receiving a refund was that I did not give them a chance to come back and redo the cleaning. Once again I will say I HAD NO TIME because of the viewing the following day!!!! After not showing up the first time and hours late the second time how was I supposed to trust them to return and do the job properly within 24 hours?? Would YOU have done anything differently??

I was extremely happy with AIM Home Services. For whatever reason I had a lot of troubles finding a cleaner for our moving out / bond reclaim clean... These guys were really easy to deal with right from the start.

In the end - they definitely lived up to their promise of a successful bond return. Our real estate weren't happy with the initial clean (This isn't a reflection of the cleaners as I knew our R.E agent were extremely fussy) and AIM went back and sorted out any outstanding issues.

All this was done without me even initially knowing so it was hassle free. I received 100% of our bond back as promised.

Had to go searching in a rush when our carpet cleaners bailed on us the day we were moving out; these guys were able to fit us in at short notice and the cleaner that came out was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Spared us another day's rent waiting for a different cleaner!
