NO STARS. The rudest person answering the phone today 29 June 2022. Calling me Lee, thinking I was someone else? I have been asking them for 6 months to take me off their contact list so I can stop getting multiple letters and emails. I have never experienced anything like this rude tone and disregard for the truth, at a women's medical clinic. I also work in women's health and I'd be fired if I was talking in this manner to a client or previous client. What is going on with this clinic in East Prahran? She kept telling me 'No you're not getting letters from us! No, you're not'. I kept saying I am. Then she called me Lee and I said I'm not Lee. She toned down then but it was frightful that she would talk to anyone in this manner.

Terrible service! A lady called zoe was a receptionist at the counter and was extremely rude and inhospitable. Inever want to return ever again!

This doctors practice is an absolute rip off!! They charge $106 for a 15 min consultation (less $38 Medicare rebate) and the services is exactly the same as a bulk bill clinic. WARNING They are money hungry doctors and will suck every last cent out of you. My actual rate is 0.

I had a vaccine here & asked for proof statement. Received a statement with the date of the request registered as the vaccination date. Then asked for a correction & was sent the same statement. There is a 12 month gap in the vaccination dates which undermines the government vaccine program.

We have been using this Clinic for many years and over that time have had a couple of caring, professional doctors.
The reception and administration staff are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Records are regularly incorrect and on more than one occasion Medicare have informed me that the clinic is making errors.
When you’re paying an extremely high fee you expect to get extremely good service.
No consideration for children with disabilities who have health care cards.

They have some excellent doctors but this does not make up for the excessive fees charged. The GP's themselves are emloyees and are in no way responsible for the money grabbing approach of the practice owners. $95 for a standard appointment. $65 for a nurse to give an injection. No charge consideration for those with health care cards including children with disabilities. Reception staff are generally rude and abrupt. I've had more than one doctor apologise for the charging process.

I went here this morning to discuss share-care maternity options. The doctor I saw was amazing :) She really listened to me and made me feel like I wasn't being dramatic - also the reception staff were awesome! They were professional, super helpful and incredibly personable. I'm really glad I went here!

I have been a long standing patient at this clinic and had a horrible experience there today! [redacted inflammatory comment] I called to make sure I'd be seen on time and still had to wait half an hour. The doctor spoke about the price of thenconsult above anything else and proceeded to tell me how frustrated she was and how poorly the clinic was being run. I felt like the doctor had no confidence immunizing my child and resulted in me leaving without the injections being given. A very disappointing experience and I will not be returning! For a clinic that charges through the roof, you would expect better service and bedside manner!

I have been attending Airlie Women's Clinic for many years now, and my one gripe is that there is no bulk billing.

I've been attending for 4 yrs. Appointments are in 15min blocks and mostly on time. Doctors have time to listen and help you. They are [Redacted due to AHPRA Guidelines] friendly. Reception staff are friendly, supportive and willing to make suggestions about the best way to assist, and go out of their way to make it work.
