I concur with the last post. The doctors are good but the reception staff are rude. I rang to get some more information about a diagnosis and was berated for having the audacity to do some research on it on the internet and then they got very defensive of the doctor. Not a pleasant experience when all I wanted was some more information. I was unable to source an email contact for the clinic so I could follow up with them directly.

Disrespectful staff. My original appointment was moved back 15 minutes and no one rang to tell me, no one told me when I arrived for my originally scheduled time, and they left me to sit in the waiting room for over half an hour without mentioning it (quite uncomfortable at 8 months pregnant). I then had to leave due to other commitments, and the reception staff told me I was lying about my original appointment time. Had to show them the text message from their own system confirming my original appointment time. I don't mind being moved for a medical emergency, but I would think the staff would respect ALL patients enough to call when their appointments are moved, and not tell the patients they are lying.

I don't really like doctors, so I went to Airlie Clinic as all female. Was a little disappointed, as I had to pay extra for new patient half hour session, where the doctor didn't ask any family history or try and find out anything about me as a new patient, health wise. If you have a problem go, but if your just trying to find a new health professional I wouldn't bother.

I travel a long way to still go to this clinic. Quality care provided without the rush to get you through. I have seen a number of different GP's and all have been fantastic.

I was on a doctor hunt for about 5 years. Every doctor I went to seemed to be disinterested, lacked passion for the job, unsympathetic, or just plain negligent. Then I was recommended Airlie Women's Clinic and my woes were gone.
I've been with Dr Belinda for about 5 years now and have no complaints at all. The clinic is up-to-date in style as well as knowledge, catered to women and children and has in-house pathology. There's another clinic around the corner and it's open in the evenings for an extra charge.
Only downsides are that one of the younger girls in reception is grumpy and abrupt, and there's a gap payment after medicare.
Overall, well worth it.
