Relaxed, made me feel welcomed. I've always been reluctant to get a massage but the girls understood my needs and instead of "handling" me like a "customer", they treated me as a member of the family. I've been told that they are going to renovate, can't wait.

I heard about the salon through a friend in the area. When I telephoned to make an appointment the lady on the phone was very abrupt with me. As good customer service is close to impossible these days, I thought nothing of it and attended the salon to meet my appointment time.
The staff member appeared very spaced out which I thought was strange. Throughout the appointment I felt awkward as if I was invading someones home.
Unfortunately I had some bleeding and unevenly shaped eyebrows which luckily grew back into shape after some months.
I would not consider this to be a professional organisation and am fortunate this experience has not affected me in a more serious manner.
