Would highly recommend AKA Plus Plumbing after they came out on Sunday night when they clearly had more exciting things to do then fix our plumbing problems. The price was exceptionally reasonable given the emergency call out. Ali was very friendly and I am very satisfied with the job!

Excellent reviews are vital to any successful business - so when I needed help recently, after reading some reviews related to AKA PLUS this gave me the confidence and assured me that AKA Plus was the company I wanted working on my property and who I wanted to work with . As I live overseas my poor little unit in Melb needed some major, major repairs!. After speaking with Ahmed and explaining my situation I felt very relieved. Ali met with me after I arrive back home for a complete quote and a few days later Ali and his team started. They really had their work cut out for them. As my unit is from 1970 era, all my water pipes both hot and cold needed replacing,new hot water system replaced and changed over from electric to gas. Connecting the oven and repairing a gas heater. They are professional, reliable, helpful, considerate and handled each obstacle with a smile on the faces. These guys are genuinely an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though they were I working for me I now consider them as friends. In future if I need any further repairs I have instructed my agent to contact them first before any other trades person. 5 Stars is not enough it should be 6 Stars given to AKA PLUS. It is such a pleasure to find a family company who maintain old style Values and Standards these days. It's a credit to you all. I was told I had a gads leek by a plumber who was installing a new heater but refused to fix it as it wasn't in the quote so turned off my gas. Ahmed and his team were out that afternoon. Unfortunately it turned out I had to get all my gas pipes replaced. Ahmed and his team were back the next day to fix the issue. They were quick, reliable with good workmanship and reasonably priced. Thanks for the help on such short notice.

Called and spoke to someone on the phone to organise for them to come out and quote my entire house re-plumb and extension in Brunswick (local for them) and they seemed nice. Called them again a few days later after not hearing from them and they said they would get back to me to organise a time to come out. Never heard from them again.. Not very professional way of handling new customers

I had a tiling/leak problem in my tenanted property. Ali came out within 24 hours, and provided a quote promtly. He kept me informed of what the problem was, and it was fixed quite quickly. He stuck to his quote. I will definitely use again, and recommend to others.
