I started using this dental clinic in 2013 as I had switched to Medibank and they were on the panel of providers. So far, I have used it twice, one to see the dentist for a full check up and clean, and another just to clean. The first time, I had some gap payment as the dentist gave me an extended session. I wish I notified that I will be given an extended session rather than getting a bit of a shock during bill payment. The second time there wasn't any gap payment as it was just cleaning my the hygienist.
The staff are generally polite and the dentist I see is nice (there are three Alan Miller, Saul Mendelssohn and Charles Angliss - the youngest). The hygenist Mira is nice too. I just wish the receptionist would be friendlier though.
I had some composite filings done, they look great. The treatment was painless and staff were very friendly, which made the whole visit very pleasant. I like the way they stress prevention in this practice.
I went years ago, because he advertised amalgam free dentistry. How lucky i found this guy. He has all the newest equipment and is a complete perfectionist. The whole team works brilliantly together.
3 months before i suffered serious dental issues and went to Alan millers. they are leading dentist and specialized in cosmetic procedures. . the important thing is the environment is more relaxed and very supportive.they helped me a lot for my speedy recovery.
