Staff wonderful at resolving the issue

I cannot recommend this company enough. Patrick attended the first time to try to diagnose the problem. On time, spotlessly clean and just so pleasant. When he returned with the part (which I had been told by 2 other companies was the board) it turned out it was actually the thermostat. So instead of $500 it turned out to be a $66 part!!! How honest is that????? Plus of course the service fee which was cheaper than the others had quoted as well. You guys are my go to in the future. Thank you, Jan (Sunbury)

Happy with this company. Had a call out diagnosis and follow up repair.

We had the initial diagnosis done by a young chap who arrived punctually and identified the issue quickly - the part had to be sourced.

Patrick, who did the follow up job and fixed the switch on our Ilve stove (21/520) was friendly, personable, tidy and did a good job. it is always a bonus to deal with folk who have good people skills, take pride in their work and provide solid workmanship.

He arrived well within the allocated time slot and did the job professionally and within a good time frame. Efficient but not a rush-job. The e-receipt came through instantly, good to not have to chase it up.

There was a slight delay in getting a formal quote between the initial diagnosis (the part needed to be sourced) and we had to follow up. But they were genuinely apologetic, empathetic and we got a follow up call rapidly after having phoned the company.

It was nice that we were not charged another call out fee from the initial call out and short consult, for the repair job the second time around.

Would happily recommend. Well done.

The Alantin technicians arrived on time, travelling 3 hours to fix our oven. They went above and beyond our expectations, offering to check and adjust our other Smeg appliances. Fantastic, friendly service.

Brilliant service,technician arrived in the quoted time to fix SMEG dishwasher. Patrick was polite,efficient and fixed the problem with no fuss. Thank you Alantin, would never hesitate in recommending your company.

Terrible customer service, we had booked two weeks ago, my property manager cancelled it and didn’t inform us and Alantin didn’t inform us either. Booked again, we have to wait another week. The said will be here between 10am to 2pm, my husband took the day off from work and was here all day, they said they came rang my husband once got voicemail and left... really???? All week sending him txt about the appointment so you came here called once and didn’t think about txt him???? Now we have to wait another week!!!! Excellent service.

Our Smeg range hood fan wouldn't work. Alantin serviceman, Andrew, had it fixed in ten minutes flat. While he was here we asked him to look at our Smeg oven, which has never been easy to set. Again, ten minutes later, fixed and under warranty to boot. Yes, I recommend Atlantan Service and if you get Andrew, that's your bonus. John, Elwood.

17 year old ilve stove needed new element door hinges and part of door Xelco arrived at time stated fixed all problems efficiently and professionally very pleased with result,would definetely use again...lorri

DO NOT use Alantin Service
Poor service for a company that is promoted by Smeg as one that services their products. Our Smeg appliance needed a new capacitor, which they did not have in the van and was to return in a few days to replace it.
The manager then emailed stating that they cannot replace the capacitor and we needed a new rangehood - the long and short of it after complaining to Smeg; was that Smeg Head Office managed to get us a capacitor.
The repairman( from Alantin) then stated that the capacitor from Smeg was not the correct one but he had another in his van that was the correct capacitor - What The!!!
This whole process took 4 weeks to resolve !
Choose another repair company - this one is useless especially if they had know they had a working capacitor anyway.
