very friendly staff very helpful, their diabetes co-ordinator is second to none, we only get our scripts from here

Friendly and Helpful Staff. I have been going to get my scripts filled there for 4 years now without a problem. I don't think I can find a better Chemist.

A Large chemist with everything available. Very large cosmetic and skin care range carrying lots of brands including natural skin care. Average service ,some of the staff could be friendlier.

Now travel 10km extra to Seaford for my scripts, after on two occasions been given the wrong drug here one making me even sicker and error was only picked up by my doctor. both times when I complained about their mistake they became rude and abusive. Staff are unsmiling and make you feel like you are not welcome. The extra drive is well worth the effort to get service and a smile when they are dealing with your health, and at least I also get the right medication.

i have been a regular customer at 'my' chemist for over 12 years now, for prescriptions n other sundry items, and have never had occasion to complain about anything! the staff are all very friendly n helpful, some have been there for many years (even thru changes of ownership, etc), and are like 'old friends', service is always prompt and courteous, very happy to continue to shop there..

what terrible service!! my friends and i would rather travel for miles than shop here, they are pushy, have abused a friend of mine for THEIR MISTAKE, and the staff are generally rude and conceited. they also have VERY LIMITED opening hours, which is ridiculous for a chemist.
