Alex Lau Photography was referred to me by a friend who used them as their wedding photographers. They are very busy and their schedule is always fully booked, but still offered to meet up with us to have a chat with no obligation. We found Alex to be very genuine and honest, and the photos samples he showed us from other couples' wedding were beautiful, so we have decided to go with them. Quite a lot of packages were available and we took up the Superior Package in which 2 photographers were provided from the early start of the wedding day until the end of wedding reception, so different angles and precious moments can be captured. Also, Wedding DVD Slideshow with music of our choice, an online website gallery for family and visitors to browse etc. Alex also provides complimentary video recording for the day which was a bonus! Alex and his assistant, Paul, a very friendly team, who did a great job on our Wedding Day, were very professional and their service exceeded our expectation. The original raw images and photos taken on a Sunday were all sorted, burnt onto CDs and posted back to us within 4 days! and Alex has also given us a $500 discount if we choose to edit 200 photos instead of unlimited photos retouched, which we don't really need. Alex is also very understanding considering only the booking deposit is to be paid in the beginning, but the outstanding balance can be settled when the final photos are delivered! That really helps us and other wedding couples as everyone will be cash flow tight with all the other wedding expenses. Alex and his assistant, Paul, provided a full day service and ensured all precious moments were captured on our special day, making it fun and hassle-free and stress-free as well.
