Had a faulty front-loader and when check out the fault was discovered. I was physically shown the fault on the machine and told the best solution. Instead of getting me to pay for a costly fix (and for the machine to only last a couple of years), it was suggested that I buy a new washing machine instead and was given suggestions on a good washing machine in the price range I wanted. It was a flat call out fee of $40 so no hidden cost or hourly rate. Would call them again of I have any more problems (not for a few years I hope!). Great service!!

My front loading washing machine had stopped pumping water out of the machine, which meant that when you opened the door, it flooded. The tech came out for a flat fee, and not only did he find the problem, he showed me how to fix it myself and then helped me fix my greywater setup so that the problem wouldn't occur again! Fantastic!
