Found this business first on eBay while looking for an attachment for my old Kenwood Chef mixer. After ordering a blender from eBay and having it delivered in very quick time, I discovered that it was the wrong model and wouldn't fit on my appliance. I contacted the business and Ernest was so helpful in allowing me to return the item and then I was able to order the correct attachment direct from their store. This was done efficiently and very professionally. The refund from my first item was refunded promptly upon them receiving it back and then I have now received the replacement item.
