Trent Reid is the sole trader under AA Roofing. I found out he first issued an invoice under AA Roofing without ABN trying to get away from paying tax, then I found out he put a fake good review to his website under my name.

After I lost more than $1000 due to the damage from his bad work, I had to complain to NCAT. Although I won the dispute and there is an order from NCAT requiring him to pay my loss, he kept ignoring my request. I have to lodge the order for sheriff to take further actions.

So you definitely won't get warranty from his work. You have to waste lots of time and energy trying to get your money back just as what I am doing.

Don’t trust his website. It listed fake good reviews and his address is keeping changing. The address is very much to be fake too.

Keep away from this business for your own sake.
