Oz & his team are absolutely amazing! Oz came out the day after my phone call to him to assess the roof and provide us with a quote. The roof was much worse than we knew and we were provided with photo’s and a full explanation of the work that needed to be done to restore the roof. The guys were able to start the works to commence the next day! We found Oz to be so helpful and he kept us up to date at all times during the work. The guys who did the job were always on time and worked hard to get the job done in the timeframe we were given. They even sprayed our spare tiles so they would match if one got damaged! They cleaned up after the job and were polite at all times.
Our roof looks brand new - maybe better!
Overall, I highly recommend these guys! They are by far, the best trade team we have ever dealt with!

After ringing to obtain a quote, Oz visited our property the same day. Oz explained their work processes in detail, we visited a number of their previous jobs and he answered all our questions. Two days later, Curtis arrived and started cleaning the roof and replacing damaged tiles. Curtis was highly professional and pleasant in all our conversations. Rain slowed the work for a few days, but Curtis was back on the first dry day, finished repairs, applied the primer and two coats of the final colour. We are extremely pleased with the work that was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending OZPix.

Some 3 years ago, we contracted a roof restorer for our roof, only to find he was a con tradie who gave us the biggest con job ever for our roof repairs and some restoring!
Ever since then, our trust for tradespeople has, like wastewater, gown down the drain because they either don't turn up, don't return phone calls, charge like wounded bulls, or if they do the job, you get ripped off somewhere along the way.
My husband was almost to the point of total frustration on who to call to restore our roof and make it like new. He found an ad in The Negotiator publication for OZ PIX. Should we call or not? We did and are grateful we chose to!
The owner Ozzie came almost immediately. An amazing gentleman, bigger than life itself, not physically but in his demeanour - polite, incredibly funny, thorough and specific with details of what needed to be addressed , highly professional yet very down to earth.
Ozzie made us feel at ease, like we had known each other for some time. He provided us with a background to his business , the people he works with, how he runs his jobs and who he would assign to ours.
He covered every step of how they were to proceed with our roof repairs and restoration, the materials used etc. . He provided us with the names of two of his tradespeople assigned to our job - Corey and Jordan.
Honesty shown right through the entire conversation we had and this gave us a feeling of confidence that we had contracted the right company to restore our roof.
