We've been taking our pets, a cat and a dog, here for years and always found staff and management courteous, friendly and helpful. Our pets are well looked after and alway come home happy. The postings below must have been very bad mannered to have had any rudeness directed at them!

Management is extremely rude! Will not be taking my pets here ever again (unless new management take over) have been a customer for over 5 years (previous management were so good!) & was persevering as just thought they were just having a 'rough time'....but today they proceeded to tell me I harassed them about pricing previously (I questioned a bill 2 yrs ago - as when they took over they increased pricing & didn't tell me) & then hung up on me. Very disappointed.

The person who runs this place is so rude and everything is an effort! There is no way I will be taking my dogs there again! Staff is so cold and you feel sick knowing your pets are in there while you are on holidays! I have seen staff scream at other customers when they ask a simple question . Be advise find other accomodation.

Very unprofessional staff. Upon dropping off my pets I was treated rudely and was not allowed to look at the facility. Upon picking up my pets I was treated ruder still and when I asked a simple question (in response to a comment of a particular staff member) "Were my pets separated?" the staff member lost temper and yelled at me, accusing me of being rude, implying I was questioning their business and telling me I was unreasonable. I was again, in the middle of this, denied a look at the facility and further more was left alone, baffled, offended and in shock standing in-between the office and the facility while the staff member stormed off, still having a go at me. If you want to be treated with respect and feel comfortable to ask about your pets while they are away from home; avoid this business.
