A fairly standard clean if it all. I think my experience was better than the previous reviewer's. However, it wasn't a great clean. Also, the rate was at market standard. So I would rate this place around average.

Dodgy bunch of cowboys
Three carpets were cleaned and all had stains worse than before the job started.
He emptied the dirty water from the previous job onto the driveway and the dirty water from my carpets into the bath. No attempt was made to clean either up.
The carpet cleaning machine was missing a wheel and a brick was used to keep it even. This brick was placed on the carpets as he cleaned.
The carpets were still wet 24 hours later and had worse staining than before he started.
I called him back and the excuses included that the stains were very bad, that the sun had faded the carpet darker and that the carpet was old. he also said he had to put a lot of water on them because they were so filthy. (My carpets are cleaned regularly every six months)
He redid two of the stains - not the faded darker one - and both became larger. I took photos as a comparison, one was about 2cm in diameter larger.
72 hours later, I have a musty smell where the carpets are still wet after the first "clean".
I have rung the company again and and again to be told someone would be coming to look at them. They still have not shown up a week later.
I have had to replace the carpet in one room and patch the carpet in another room to repair the damage done by this company.
I thought they would be reliable as they are a national company. A closer look at the website and there is not postal or email addresses, only a phone number.
Very, very angry and disappointed with this company.
