I had a lock replaced and another locked keyed the same as the new one. The service was slow - 10 days from my first phone call to the lock being replaced. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency.
The locksmith completed the work expertly but didn't clean up afterwards. Metal filings were left on the floor.
The lock was good quality and was fitted well.
I would recommend this company but don't expect too much customer service.

The best, most genuine business. All three people who worked in the shop were very knowledgeable of the wood heaters they sold. They also had that old fashioned service that is so rare nowadays.

I bought a SC heater from them because it was so pleasant to deal with them.

One of them even came to my house to advise me which heater would be the best for the house and where to place it.

I would highly recommend this business for their integrity too.
They don't sell heaters that don't comply to the Australian standard or those that are made in China. Only top quality products at reasonable prices in this shop.
Even the two guys who installed the heater for me were nice to deal with. They even cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish!

The agent was professional and took notes as she was appraising the house.
She explained marketing, advertising and fees in a way that was easy to understand.
My house sold quickly, which indicates that her valuation was correct.
The agent also looked after my best interests as a seller getting me the best possible price in the negotiations.
Her follow-up after the offer was accepted right through to settlement was excellent. Any queries I had were answered quickly (always on the same day!!!!!)
She then negotiated on the house I then bought and once again she was professional and fair.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who was thinking on buying or selling

I have used this guy twice now and he has been on time and has completed the work professionally.
The first time he put in an external power switch and the second time he put in an RCD and a smoke alarm.
He did this quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. He then took time to show me how to change the batteries in the smoke alarm.
I highly recommend him

Dodgy bunch of cowboys
Three carpets were cleaned and all had stains worse than before the job started.
He emptied the dirty water from the previous job onto the driveway and the dirty water from my carpets into the bath. No attempt was made to clean either up.
The carpet cleaning machine was missing a wheel and a brick was used to keep it even. This brick was placed on the carpets as he cleaned.
The carpets were still wet 24 hours later and had worse staining than before he started.
I called him back and the excuses included that the stains were very bad, that the sun had faded the carpet darker and that the carpet was old. he also said he had to put a lot of water on them because they were so filthy. (My carpets are cleaned regularly every six months)
He redid two of the stains - not the faded darker one - and both became larger. I took photos as a comparison, one was about 2cm in diameter larger.
72 hours later, I have a musty smell where the carpets are still wet after the first "clean".
I have rung the company again and and again to be told someone would be coming to look at them. They still have not shown up a week later.
I have had to replace the carpet in one room and patch the carpet in another room to repair the damage done by this company.
I thought they would be reliable as they are a national company. A closer look at the website and there is not postal or email addresses, only a phone number.
Very, very angry and disappointed with this company.
