I’ve been using All Climate Air Control for over 5 years. They come out to service my unit yearly and are prompt and fairly priced when it comes to replacement parts. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

Rob has been out to a number of my jobs to service and repair split system units and also a few installations. His very professional in the way he does his work and always informs me of what the problem is and why it happened.

I call Rob after all the great reviews left for him in WOMO and it is just like what everyone has mentioned in here, He is an honest and reliable bloke.
Rob was out to my place to have a quick check on my current heating/cooling refrigerated system and he even educate me on what to look out for and also how to do a self quick fix if anything.
1 week after Rob came out, my heater decided to not firing up, Rob came out again and had a quick look and checked it again and again I learnt something from him!
Not just a great honest tradesman, also a great helping hand to put up my motobike rear wheel back in place as I needed a 2nd set of hand to do it!

I can see why Rob from All Climate Air Control has received so many 5 star reviews. We called him after call outs from heating and air conditioning manufacturers were not able to fully fix the problem. Rob is technically very knowledgeable and is very experienced for a young man. He also took photos of the ducts in the roof space to show us works that he did (no other technicians from brand manufacturers have done this). He is trustworthy, courteous and his rates are very reasonable. He also gave helpful advice on how best to use refrigerative air conditioning effectively and other methods to cool the house down. I can highly recommend him.

Rob was outstanding. Really professional and he also took photos to show me proof of what was wrong. He also did a couple of things for me when he really shouldn't have (one of them was at another property out of his way). But it just goes to show what a great bloke he is. Always keeps you informed when he is coming and turns up on time. The best you can get when it comes to any Heating/Cooling problems!

I had a cooling fan that needed to be replaced in a Lennox heater. It was a difficult to diagnose problem that a previous 'Lennox specialist' was not able to sort out. Rob needed to put in some extra effort assess this, which was greatly appreciated. He was personable, conscientious and trustworthy, and takes pride in his work. His fees were very fair and standard of work excellent, and I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Rob was absolutely outstanding in troubleshooting the problem with my ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning system, sourcing all the spare parts and undertaking the repairs all in one day. He even straightened out some of the ductwork while he was in the ceiling to improve airflow to my bedroom. Very reasonable price. I'll be a returning customer for sure.

Quick and effective, our duct heating stopped working and was fixed straight away after calling All Climate Air Control. Very professional and punctual, will be used again in the future and be highly recommended for anyone with heating or cooling issues.

Rob has been fantastic with the installation of a complex ducted air conditioning unit in our new home. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail has been such a relief to us. With some extensive copper piping to install, several tests of the pressure in the pipes, and tight spaces in the roof, Rob has managed to do it all with a minimum of fuss. He even double-checked the calculations with the manufacturer and found that additional allowances were needed. His follow up with clear explanations and options demonstrated his deep understanding of the science in these systems and strong customer service.

I contacted Rob from All Climate Air Control after finding him in a local letter box advertisement. I am usually skeptical about getting tradespeople I don't know but Rob was fantastic.
Our Evap cooler was making noises and blowing hot air, I rang Rob and we was very good to speak to. He came out the next day, was very punctual and looked at the issue.
He found the cause, fixed it and the unit started running smoothly again. He explained everything he was doing and his cost to repair was very reasonable considering the quick turnaround time as well.
I would have no problem recommending Rob to anyone.

On a friend's recommendation, I contacted Rob from All Climate Air Control and was not disappointed. From coming out to advise and quote (very well presented and competitive!) to installation and testing, he was a consummate professional, polite and punctual. Each visit was preceded by an SMS to advise that he was on his way and how long it would take until his arrival. We have just moved into a house that is 18 years old and needed Rob to service our ducted heating and evaporative cooling units, as well as assess all aspects of each of these systems for any current or potential issues. Rob came out to quote us for a new reverse cycle unit as our evaporative system was letting us down. After he looked at the evaporative system, he quickly determined (and showed us) what was wrong with it and recommended to fix that instead - this ended up saving us a significant amount of money as we no longer needed to install the reverse cycle unit!

Rob came over and reviewed our old air con, gave options for repair and replacement and when we were ready to go was on time, efficient and cleaned up after (something I find way to rare in tradesman). He will be our first call if we need any more air con issues sorted out. Only dropped one star on service as I had to follow him up on a couple of times getting the quote.

Rob was fantastic to come out on Christmas Eve to work on the air con unit. He explained the issue clearly and fixed it for us that day. As the unit was quite old I had some further questions post his work on Christmas Eve, to which he came out and made some further enhancements to improve the operation of the unit. His service and demeanor is second to none and I definitely recommend him to anyone, especially to repair an old unit.

After my first call to All Climate, Robert was able to attend our home to perform a repair on a faulty ducted aircon in very the same day, as he was in the area. He turned up at the time he said, was friendly, showed great care in his work and explained exactly what he was doing throughout the job. Would recommend to others and will call myself for any future heating or cooling issues I may have.
