Their service when communicating over the phone was unprofessional. Staff and vet failed to honour Bill’s recommendation as left on my dog’s file and wanted to organise a consult when it was not required.

Receptionist verified Bill's comment's left on my dog's file April 2019 clearly stating a prescription and 12-month dose to be provided and a further consult was not required.

Receptionist's rationale was that since Bill has retired new owners cannot process this.

Overall, this practice failed to adhere to the instructions left by veterinarian and owner Bill who advised that a follow-up appointment was not required and to provide my dog with the required assistance.

Current vet did not acknowledge me when attending the clinic on Wednesday 18th 2019 and took very little care of the feedback my partner and I provided over the phone.

Disappointed about their service and will spread the word that this clinic is money hungry and their duty of care is lacking.

We ordered special prescription cat food, the price was much higher than at our other vet. We finally challenged them after checking price at Lort Smith. The exchange was protracted and unpleasant. We will never go back. All Creatures finally provided us with a partial refund - never again!

I cannot more highly recommend this wonderful caring Vetinary practice. I have been consulting Dr. Bill Ryan for over 4 years, to help maintain the health and well being of the treasure of my life, my cat - Sammi.
His attention to detail is second to none, he listens to me, and treats my cat with great compassion, respect and incredible insight. As well as giving immediate assistance, Dr. Ryan is prepared to offer a home visit for an extremely minimal charge to ensure my cat does not have the added stress of travelling to the clinic. I cannot thank him enough for his marvellous assistance, and truly wish that I could find a doctor for myself the equivalent of this doctor for my cat. Thank you so very much.
