Very disappointed. The actual grooming is great however the customer service is a horrible experience. I've wasted many days off waiting for this lady and she just doesn't reply. Horrible wouldn't bother again and definately would not recommend.
Have taken my two beautiful dogs here a few times, and they absolutely love it! they always come back to me smelling cleaning, good and their coat looking so shiny! They are literally treated like kings here, they offer great prices and I am always happy with the service
Used ALL FUR on my pooches quite a few times. I too have taken my boys to 2 other places, and as one of them has had a hip reconstruction, he gets very sore. Unfortunately he has been treated very roughly in the past but I have no issues here. I let them know and he got treated like a king. They both love the wash and the warm water and they come out smelling gorgeous and shiny. Very helpful, best prices I've seen around and obviously are comfortable with all animals .. Thanks

Thank you for your lovely review! Yes we take any medical problems with our puppies very serious, it is important to us no matter the injuries that our puppies have a great and comfortable experience in there bubble bath ;)

I booked my elderly mothers dogs in for a regular fortnightly bathing, I was amazed with how easy it was! I did it all via text, all fur love was fantastic with my mothers dogs, they set up and came in for a chat to mum, brought the dog in and out for mum.... Opened and closed her garage, they even brought her bins in for her... Amazing service for an elderly lady in a wheel chair! Sammy smelt fantastic, she was all dried and nails clipped, they even advised us on a gait cut type and price for next time. Plus sammy got a free biscuit. Mum was wrapped! Lovely company!!!

Such great service, wondeful person to deal with and knows what dogs love. Rates are very cheap and will recommend her to all my friends and family. Best to date yet !!

I have left heaps of messages with many companies to get my German Shepard washed. All fur love were the only company to call back and I spoke directly to the owner, fantastic!!!
You can tell they really do love there dogs, we had a custom shampoo designed for his itchy skin at no extra charge!
We were really happy with the service and have booked in regular ;)

Just had All Fur Love come out and groom my naughty and very spoiled beagles- they were wonderful with them and obviously very knowledgeable on all aspects of grooming and dog handling. Prices are great, staff were friendly and it's the first time I've ever been able to justify booking in for regular monthly dog grooming appointments. Highly recommended!

Because I'm unsure of who you are, I am sending as much notification through to regular and new clients. I have been sick on and off for a total of 16 weeks now. Yesterday I have finally been diagnosed with cervical cancer.... I am being very open and honest with clients so they can understand why I have been slack. As I gave mentioned not only am I receiving over 40 client contacts a day and am struggling to keep up, I am also struggling with my health at the moment also. Hopefully this gives clarity for the lack of service was not intentional.
