We got Dieter to do our pre-purchase building inspection. He provided us with a great Pest Inspection guy as well. Dieter's attention to detail and extra services, such as estimate costs to repair building faults, really put us at ease. From his detailed report and photos, we knew what the status of the building condition was and what repairs we would be up for if we proceeded with the purchase of the property.

This is the second time we have had Dieter look over a property we have purchased and we would definitely go with him again and recommend him to others.

We hired Dieter of All Home Inspection to come and inspect a house for which we were planning on making an offer. Dieter came highly recommended by our solicitor, and he did a great job.

Prior to the inspection, Dieter's initial description over the phone of what he would do was very instructive and professional. Conveniently, part of the service includes arrangement of an inspection time with the real estate agent and even better, the optional booking of a pest inspector he recommended for the same time, a service we gladly accepted.

Just a few hours after the inspection, we received a detailed phone call from Dieter, where he explained everything he'd seen and his general opinions of the house. He answered all of our questions, and then remained extremely available for further questions, even returning our calls on a Sunday, which we appreciated enormously.

The pest inspector he brought along was also very helpful and competent.

His 40-page report, which came the next day via email, and a few days later via post along with a DVD of hundreds of photos, was well laid-out and very complete. The report will act as a great guide for our house maintenance duties over the next decades, should we end up with the house.

Finally, he was able to recommend some very competent tradespeople to help us get a better idea of the cost of the required work - the guys in question were very helpful and even came out to the site a couple of days later to give us quotes.

He also offered to help us out with finding other tradespeople along the way; he told us he has a big list of reputable plumbers, painters, earth-moving contractors, builders, etc., and would be happy to help with that as much as he could, which was a lovely gesture.

All told, a great experience. I highly recommend Dieter. His work has given us the confidence to push forward.

Building inspection pre-purchase.

Money well spent. Dieter's advice and report helped us negotiate $3000 off the original purchase price we offered. The report and images have now given certain repairs priority when we move in. This is valuable information as we would not have realized some of the issues and Dieter assured us they can be repaired.

Dieter is very patient explaining matters and was prompt with his visit. We especially like the photo's taken to help explain the report detail.
