We had Deiter do the pre-purchase building inspection. He was so good. He did all the inspections (roof, sub-floor, ventilation, drainage) all in very details. And he patiently explained me the findings and provided me pointers.

Reasonably priced as well and happy to travel to our property in Mount Evelyn. He has given us a few good pointer to watch out for when we finally move into our home.

We had a pre-purchase house inspection done. I would concur with other reviews that say Dieter is professional and takes care of what you would want him to. Unfortunately in our case we believe he mis-judeged the condition of the house we had inspected as not having major structural issues when it did. My recommendation is that if you contemplate using All Home for your pre-purchase inspections, make sure you can do a walk through with Dieter afterwards and get assurance that any concerns you have are factored in to your satisfaction.

Very professional and reliable. Dieter liaisoned with the pest inspector and real estate agent to organize the inspection time with the vendor. He also rang me straight after the inspection to give me a verbal report over the phone and then a disc was sent to me two days later with photos and a complex report on his findings (including approx. cost of repairs). I was very impressed with his service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend using this company.

We have just used All Home Inspection Service to do a pre-purchase building inspection on a property in Croydon. The service has been amazing! Great communication and the report was extremely thorough, photos included in the report which was great.

We had this company do a building inspection on a house we were purchasing. They were very prompt in scheduling appointments. Very thorough with their inspection and provided a very comprehensive report which included photos. It alerted us to things that were not necessarily a current problem but to keep in mind that they would need attention in the nearer future -eliminating any "surprises". The inspection was also followed-up with a phone call detailing any issues and overall condition of the house. This company were also sent to a house we previously lived in (by a purchaser) and were selling. We had the same excellent service from them 3 years ago from a vendor perspective.
