After showing my dress and shoes to Penelope, she was able to design the perfect hat for me and the occasion. It was so nice to have someone listen and pick-up on what you like and don't in a hat and put it all into one perfect piece! Thank you - highly recommended!

i had the most amazing experience dealing with all in a flutter. That hat that was made for me was everything i dreamt of and more! The piece won best hat at peninsula cup and also took out overall winner. I cannot wait for my next creation to be made by all in a flutter
