No stares for this company, ordered mower parts January this year, sent many emails only got excuses each time, cost me $127. now I hear they have gone into liquidation.
Maybe Ebay should look into this company and take them off their list.

Warning All Mower Spares Will Take Your Money And Will Not Send To You The Product Or Refund Your Money Back To You. This company took $31.11 from me on 19 January 2023 for my purchase of mower blades and haven’t sent them or refunded to me my money approaching 9 months.

Absolutely hopeless to deal with. Have waited from June 3rd and still not gear. Have always keep in touched via email and listen to there crappy reply's to give nothing.

Approximate cost: $240

Take you money and run with it. Nothing received and no response to my calls or emails. Not sure how they're still in business.

Finally, after 2 month of waiting, got my refund after opening a dispute case through the bank.
Don't waste your time and money.
The All Mower Spares are team of useless cunts and O2 thefts.

What a shocking company
Purchased a mower blade in December 2022 and 5 months later the company was unable to supply it. Asked for a refund and every time I get an email saying we are processing but no refund. Keep emailing and same answer every time. Probably won't get any refund as this company appears to be scammers or are on on the way out. Suggest don't buy from this company and look elsewhere for any part you require. By the way went to a local mower shop and the part was in store in 2 days. Give this company a very large miss. Disgrace.

Pack of liers say parts are in stock until you pay then tell you 10 to 14 days to supply, then tell you another several weeks wait now have chasing for a refund for nearly 3 months this has been going on for

Unfortunately I did not discover this review site until I too had experienced a total failure to provide goods purchased online after 3 months of excuses

I had a similar experience where the occasional responses to my continued email enquiries (no hope of the phone calls being answered or a call back) were a series of firstly, lack of stock (despite all items I ordered marked as "In Stock" on their site) then courier issues which will be "resolved in a few days, please be patient" etc etc etc

I needed the parts so since I was told that the items were awaiting pickup by the courier I offered to do the hours drive each way & attend their warehouse in Camden in person - I was told this would not be possible as the parts were bundled with a number of other orders & would be too difficult to separate

After 3 months I requested a refund ( I suggest don't cancel your order, there is a 20% charge for that) - they agreed in an eamail that a refund would be given - still waiting

I paid through PayPal so have started action through them

Conclusion - read all of these reviews & consider if you want to waste time & lose money & ending up with nothing except the opportunity to write another story like this

My next step is to complain to NSW Fair Trading where All Mower Spares has the honour of making the top ten list of complaints received

Purchased an item that was stated as in stock. After payment advised that there was a 4 week wait. After 4 weeks told supplier problem. Asked for refund and told issues with their accounts. All replies computer generated replies sent to any customer that has not received what they paid for. Can't believe that they are an Aussie family company. Finally had to lodge complaint with PayPal which refunded me after less than 24hrs. My advice is NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
