Mower parts ordered and paid for on Feb 20 2022 indicating a dispatch date 28 February. After countless messages advising of new dispatch dates here we are 6 months later still no parts. Despite 5 requests for a refund no refund has been received with the latest excuse that they are waiting on an insurance claim from recent floods regardless of the fact that my goods are NOT the subject of any insurance claim

I have no parts, no refund, just avoidance, automated emails and lies. They're lucky I don't live anywhere near them....
Just go to your local mower shops!

Waited 2 months for my $860.00 order to be sent. Asked to cancel and refund as i need it for work. They said ok then a week later call back to find nothing has been done about refund. They will do it now. Another 2 weeks or more and still waiting. This company must invest our money to make intrest on it

I placed an order for a mower part over 3 months ago, which was fully paid for and was meant to be available and expected to be delivered within a couple of weeks from placing the order - instead of receiving the part, I received a series of generic and very meaningless messages over a span of a couple of months, saying there was delays being experienced due to a range of reasons, Covid off-course being one reason... then after all that wait, the wrong part was shipped... trying to speak to someone or get answers about what had happened (called numerous times and sent many email messages) - again all I got was random useless email messages, signed by different names, then after expressing my frustration and demanding to speak to management of this supposedly awesome family owned Australian business, I get a message from yet another person, saying they are now dealing with the case and will endeavor to resolve my concerns. This was more than 2 weeks ago and still have no resolution
What has pushed me to write this review NOW, and this is the bizarre part, is the message I just received from the customer service manager "Justin" and I quote "Thank you for your recent purchase from All Mower Spares. We hope you'll take a couple of minutes to write a review for the purchased products and share your experience with other customers. We would appreciate it very much you helping our Australian Owned Family business."
Justin I replied to your message requesting that you call me - I really hope you do as I've been without a working mower for more than 3 months now and I don't know what you want me to do with the wrong part I received (probably for some other poor customer who has been waiting for their part to arrive).... absolutely terrible

If it was possible to give zero stars then I would. The above reviews describe a pattern whereby All Mower Spares might as well be called No Mower Spares. They create frustration due to their opaque business model and lack of ability to execute their own documented processes. Covid impacts and supply chain delays appear to be a smokescreen for this business and their lacklustre ability to deliver a service. I suggest they shut down their consumer website and focus on supplying retail chains with spares. This would then at least allow them to continue operating in the shadows.
This is the worst business I ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. They say items are in stock and 1-3 days to dispatch. When you ring them you get a call center somewhere on earth. They promise delivery dates and do not meet them. just GETTING YOU ITEM OUT OF THEIR WAREHOUSE IS A MIRACLE. Bodgey Bodgey Bodgey, don't waste your time and money. They send "updates" that are contradictory and mostly crap. If you query anything they send an e-mail which they think will shut you up for another day.

Avoid!!! Don't have parts in stock, so it is a lottery when they will ship, whether you will get them and almost impossible to get a refund. I ordered parts on January 25. All parts were listed to ship in 3 days. 2 days later email update says shipping on February 27th. I asked for a refund multiple time via email and was ignored. Called them and they said they will send to their finance team and their policy is for refunds take 48 hours.
I wish I had read your feedback before I placed a large order.
Avoid this company they are scammers. No phone number so you can't call and speak to them and emails are not answered or take a week to answer without dealing with the issues asked.
I have used All Mower Spares twice and both times have failed to get what I ordered. They never dispatched. The second time I got a email saying my order would be dispatched in 2 to 3 days. Two weeks later I didn't have it. I emailed them no response. I tried to contact them by phone but they do not have a phone number. I emailed them again a couple days later. No response. Then again a couple days later to two different emails I could find. Still nothing. Then there was a lockdown in Sydney and they sent out an email saying they couldn't for fill orders because of that. However I would presume they could've answered an email. A month later my business had grass up to the knees as it has been rainy. I then ordered the same parts on Amazon for less money. Even though the parts were shipped from the United States I got free shipping on Amazon prime. I highly suggest you avoid this mob, they are totally in capable of communicating. In the end I had to go to the bank and contest the charges, forcing me to cancel my business bank card and not have one for 15 days. The immense waste of time and inconvenience of dealing with All Mower Spares makes it like a form of self torture. Deal with anyone else would be my suggestion. These people should not be in business. They don't care about their customers.
