DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Job not completed, ran away with the deposit more than $2000. I hope these people can sleep soundly at night knowing the customers they’re trying to dodge lost money they worked so hard for. I could have given a 0 star rating if the website will let me. I REPEAT - SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS.

Avoid at a cost. Fast to come out to do quotes and get your deposits. But won't start your job. Nothing but excuses I don't know how they are still in business. Delete comments in their Facebook posts.

Couldn’t be happier with everything from the customer service, to the communication to how beautiful our blinds are. So professional and efficient. Will always recommend them for anything you need, 10/10!

I just had my blinds installed today (18th May 2022) after waiting 7 weeks they are finally installed.
We are so inlove with our new blinds, thank you so much all over blinds and team now i have build my trust in the team i will use them again to add sheer blinds to our windows.

The most unprofessional and unorganized company we have ever dealt with. We ordered blinds and shutters. We put an order in May 2021 and had the blinds put in after 4 weeks as expected except he forgot to do our lounge blind. Michael would constantly book a time to install and not turn up or call. My husband left work early or hung around for nothing. No call or text we would have to chase him all the time. He lied about the location of the shutters full of excuses. We still didnt have shutters in Dec 2021. We made allowances for covid restrictions but it was beyond rediculous. He deletes any slightly negative posts on his Facebook page also. We finally got our lounge blind in Oct 2021.

Don’t bother!!! These guys have strung me along for six months now with no sheer curtains installed and no one calling me back. They took the deposit off me back in September for $1400. Came and half installed blinds which are now frailer and need to be replaced. Also Told me the curtain guys have gone bankrupt. Michael has been ignoring all my calls. So I call Helen (sales) who tell me bs Michael will call me back. He doesn’t. Not once have I received a phone call from any of them to give an update or a status. They owe me money which I am chasing. Don’t get flogged by them. Go elsewhere. Plenty of others in the market. Six months of headaches and me being patient.

Prices were fantastic and he was quick to quote. Once deposit was paid service quickly went downhill. We had to constantly chase for an install date then they didn’t turn up and couldn’t even let us know they weren’t coming. Finally after much chasing got shutters installed only to have to chase them again repeatedly for an electrician to finish install which took two weeks for them to come after shutters were on.
