Well the owner Mark is a DOG. They put their Tiler Danny into a job for a lady with MS who is in a wheelchair, takes her $500 deposit and then buggers off without doing the work. Sends her a text and says he is too busy and has other work on, blocks her number and wont return calls or refund any of the deposit. Went to the manager/owner Mark to talk and he refuses to discuss or have anything to do with it. Doesn't care because he has his money. These are are the businesses and trades people you want nothing to do with and should avoid.

At first we were put off by a pushy salesman but in the end he turned out to be a wealth of knowledge and a great help. We were able to choose our whole new bathroom here and were then given tradesmen recommendations which worked out really well. We were thrilled with our eventual new bathroom
