I had heard good things about Mrs C and her cupcakes but we were very disappointed with our visit today. I was expecting a cafe with good ambience but in fact this is really designed as a take-away with seating limited to a table for 2 or 4 uncomfortable stools sitting at a shelf by the window. Older lady that served us was not welcoming at all. Cupcakes very small - 2-3 bites of cake but twice as much icing which was very sickly - I couldn't eat mine. Drinks in take-away cups. My husband liked his coffee, my milkshake tasted fine but only 2/3rds filled the cup and half of that was froth. I do wish Mrs C continued success though because I believe she is a very nice lady, but it didn't meet our expectations today :( sorry.

Unfortunately this shop doesn't look too appealing from the front - it has looked the same for the many years it has been in Springwood. However I recently decided to go inside for the first time and was surprised at the huge range of quality health and environmentally friendly products they have. Staff are friendly and knowledgable and there is a loyalty club for regular customers

After going to another doctor for many years where we would have to wait for several hours after our appointment time, it was a refreshing change to get into this practice and only experience a short wait in the waiting room. The only drawback is that the doctors seem to be forever changing so it is difficult to build a relationship with one doctor

When this establishment was renovated and a new restaurant added, the food was delicious and excellent value. However we now go to the trivia nights but have given up on eating there as the food is less than ordinary and going downhill fast as they try to cut costs. For a while the only tasty item on the menu was the potato wedges. These have now been changed and are greasy and slimy instead of crunchy. In fact the food is so disappointing that we are even considering a new trivia venue for our team

This sampling scheme for environmentally sound goods started well - one of the best sample boxes around. Difficulty started when their boxes became very poor value with repeat items and items not suitable for general use. I decided to cancel my account with them and was ignored and $69.95 was taken out of my account for 3 more months subscription. Dealing with the customer service department was horrendous, buck passing, emails not arriving and no satisfactory result. Easy to get into, hard to get out of!

A regular diner here most weeks, the management have recently changed. Food prices have been raised but the quality of the food has taken a big drop. No problem with the chefs as it is all cooked OK, but quality and amount for your money is definitely reduced

A quiet dinner one evening prompted us to go back for lunch on my birthday. They catered for a personal request with no fuss and were very friendly. The food is exquisitely cooked and nicely presented and not expensive for the calibre of the restaurant.

This was a disappointing experience. My iced coffee had no ice cream in it - it was warm. The staff member said she put ice cream in, however I don't think she was the assistant who made the coffee. She said she would 'remember next time'. Dishes and hands were being washed in the same tub and overall the cafe is dirty and run down. Won't be going there again.

We took some of our family here for a birthday treat. The atmosphere was not intimate but it suited our needs on the day and the food was amazing. Wouldn't suggest this for dinner dates for two but for families and daytime meals it is second to none

Dealing with this real estate was truly a nightmare. They acted unprofessionally and at times unlawfully. Because we were selling a deceased estate, we were taken advantage of and it was a fight to get correct information, or indeed any information at times. Even our solicitor wanted to wipe his hands of it all and said that it was the worst transaction he had been involved with. It resulted in us accepting a lesser sum so we could move on quickly and we are sure this was the intention. In addition one of our family members had a breakdown afterwards, which was exacerbated by our dealings with Goldstar. We honestly feel that if we were part of the local ethnic community we would have been given a fairer deal because all the support was given to the buyers and not us, the vendors who after all, were paying for their service.
