We have been using All Waste for many years now and have always been happy with their service. They also arrive on time - 3 monthly and never need to be reminded. Very friendly staff both in the field and office.

All Waste service our Bio Cycle about every 3 months, very quick and efficient. Just when trying to pay the bill over the phone can be an issue. I was on hold for 6 minutes, she then answered took my details and said she would call back within a few minutes. Well, days later and still no contact, I tried again and was once again on hold. However, I did manage to pay this time round. There is only one person managing the phones, I believe they need to employ more people to improve customer service.

These guys have been servicing and maintaining our Bio Cycle Aerobic Waster Water System every 3 months for many years now. The guys are always polite and nicely clean our system. Payment is due within 7 days and cost is $95.
