The serving ladies in the sheet music section were very friendly - love seeing the beautiful grand pianos in the front; however, they have only a very small selection.

Great range of products, knowledgeable staff! But they are always a bit busy and it can be hard to get service...the after sales care is great though.

There are a variety of instruments on offer but the service varies. Sometimes when they are busy it is impossible to get anyone's attention for 10-20 minutes. Their products range from student level to professional. They also have heaps of sheet music and accessories such as reeds.
