We recently had our carpet and vinyl planks laid in our house which we purchased from Laurie, the price and quality were excellent and we could not get near the pricing at other retailers. We had a minor hiccup with quantity which was quickly rectified. The layers are excellent and take a lot of pride in there work thanks guys. Overall would definitely recommend Alleys Carpet Court.

This is the best carpet supplier and layer that we have used. Advice and service was always directed to the customer's needs. Layers were on time and left no mess. Laurie and his team are to be congratulated. We will continue to recommend them.

We had vinyl flooring laid. The vinyl has obvious join lines which we were told would disappear in time. They haven't. We were also concerned about whether the vinyl would dent with furniture and we were told it would rebound back. This hasn't happened as yet. Also no strip was laid between the tile flooring and vinyl flooring so it looks unprofessional and unfinished. The response was abrupt and curt when we asked about these problems. I would not recommend this place.

Approximate cost: $1200

To whom it may concern
Being the owner of alleys carpet court i remember this job.Just letting everyone that reads this review,it is true that i told the customer about the vinyl having a memory.which we are told by the supplier,we also sent the supplier out to have a look at the job ,they also confirmed with the customer about the vinyl having a memory,So there was nothing we could do in relation to this problem, but i do know if the vinyl was faulty the supplier would have replaced it.In relation to the strip it is professional to butt the vinyl up to the tiles. The customer never asked us for a strip if they did then we would had fitted one it depends on the look, some people like to have a plastic strip and some people do not . regards laurence alley owner for 16 years
