Ordered a rug from Temple and Webster which was delivered by Allied Express. Was given a delivery day by Allied for my package to arrive - waited at home all day and it didn't arrive. Checked the tracking online and saw that it was marked as "delivered" with a copy of my name and signature (not my signature and not even close) attached. I contacted Temple and Webster who were great and followed it up. Told me Allied had delivered to the wrong address??!! I then found the rug in my front courtyard the following day. Scribbled on my package was a note (presumably from the delivery driver) stating that he'd delivered my rug next door by mistake.
